[Noise Control Related Case] Introduction of a Noise Measurement System

Not only measuring volume but also the direction of occurrence! We proposed a noise monitoring system manufactured by Rion.

A food company consulted us about a system to measure and record noise generated in their factory. We proposed the "Noise Monitoring System" manufactured by Rion. After installation, we made adjustments such as setting the measurement angles and started measuring and recording. As a result, we were able to remove noise from vehicles that was captured before the adjustments from the recordings, allowing us to measure and record only the noise generated by the factory. [Case Study] ■ Issues - We want to continuously monitor and record whether the noise generated by factory equipment exceeds the standard values. - A system that can record stably without interruption is needed. ■ Proposal - We proposed the Rion Noise Monitoring System. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Plant Noise Continuous Monitoring System

Introduction of case studies for the delivery of a plant noise constant monitoring system.

We will introduce a case study of a system that analyzes noise data using FFT, evaluates it with POA (equivalent noise level), and automatically sends an email alert when it exceeds pre-defined alarm criteria. Traditionally, environmental standards related to noise were evaluated based on the median noise level, but as of the "Ministry of the Environment Notification No. 64" in 1998, they are now evaluated using the equivalent noise level. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
